Women Entrepreneurship Revolution: My Biggest Dream

Every person has a dream in his life. Some dreams are personal. Some dreams are related to family.

Some dreams are about a company. But very rarely, dreams are born that change the future of an entire society.

I have such a big dream in my life: women Entrepreneurship Revolution. This is not a plan, but a movement. This is not a business model. A path of social change.

I have often asked myself a question. "If you want to change a country very fast, where do you start?" There can be many answers. But my answer is the same.

From women. Because if a woman advances, a family advances, if a family prospers, a generation prospers. If a generation advances, a nation advances.

This is my belief.

That is why one of my greatest goals in life is to create 1 million women entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu. After that, to create a national movement to achieve economic empowerment of 10 million women across India.

It's not just a number. Behind every number is a life: a mother A daughter, A sister, A teacher, A farmer, A worker, and a student.

A dream woman. What they need is not compassion, but opportunity. What they need is not help. Hope What they need is not temporary support, but sustainable economic freedom.

In my view, women's economic independence is not an individual victory. It is the defense of a country: dignity of a family and sustainability of a community.

The strength of an economy. When a woman becomes an entrepreneur, she does not just start a business. She creates jobs and gives her family confidence.

He invests in his children's future. She also becomes a role model for other women in her community.

This is a real revolution. This revolution will not be created by slogans; this formed by practice, Formed by knowledge, Generated by technology, and generated by access to finance.

Market opportunities generate lasting confidence.

That is why the organization I want to create is not just a training center, but a complete life-changing system. There, a woman learns to dream. Learn to start a business.

Learn to manage finances. Learn to use technology. Learn to reach the global market. Later, she will become a leader to advance the next women.

In my dream, one day, thousands of women will run their own companies in every district of Tamil Nadu. Women in every state of India will connect directly with global markets.

Global brands emerge from villages. Not only will the family income increase, but the self-confidence of the family will also increase. The moment a child sees their mother as an entrepreneur, the mindset of the next generation changes.

That change is a social change that no government program alone can create. What I dream of is not a world that gives space to women. A world where women have increasing opportunities to lead the world.

Success in that world is not measured by gender, but measured only on merit. SOZHAA GROUP shall utilize its resources, knowledge, technology and organizational experience for that purpose.

This journey may not end in a generation. But it must begin in a generation. That start should be today. SOZHAA should be a small spark of that beginning.

One day, a woman in Tamil Nadu said, "I got the courage to start the first business of my life." Says a woman in another state of India, "I am the first entrepreneur in my family." If you say with pride, in another country of the world, "The movement that started in India came to our country." If someone said that, on that day, the greatest dream of my life would have achieved its first success.

I believe the same thing. Uplifting a woman's dream is uplifting a family's future. To lift the dream of 10 million women is to change the future of a country.

Write the first chapter of that transition. That is why I chose this dream. That is why I started this journey. That is why SOZHAA is being developed. Because a country's greatest wealth is not its natural resources.

Its women's talent, self-confidence and leadership. The greatest dream of my life is to turn that wealth into the greatest power in the world.
