Human-centered economic philosophy

When we hear the word economy, most people think of money.

Gross domestic product, stock market, growth rate, investment, export, import, and profit.

All these are part of the economy. But in my view, the center of economics is not money. The man Before saying that a country's economy has grown, let me ask a question.

"What change did that development make in the life of the ordinary person?" If this question is not answered, then the development is not complete development.

My economic philosophy is very simple. This means creating wealth is important. But creating people who create wealth is more important than that. A country's strength is not limited to the number of rich people.

It lies in the strength of its middle class. It lies in the bravery of its small entrepreneurs. It lies in the economic independence of women. It lies in the creativity of its youth.

It depends on the farmer. It lies in the dignity of its worker. An economy truly thrives when all these people thrive.

The economy I believe in is not a system where money only revolves around a few, but a rotating system with opportunities for everyone. The dream of a young person living in a small town should be just as valuable as the dream of someone living in a metropolis.

It is a village woman's entrepreneurial ambition should be given the same importance as a multinational corporation's plan: an economy that does not create that equilibrium is not a perfect economy.

In my view, the success of a company should not be measured by its annual revenue alone. How many families has that company uplifted their lives? How many new entrepreneurs did it create?

How many women gave economic freedom? How many youths did it give confidence to? Answers to these questions should also be part of its success.

I believe investing is not just about money. Investment in human skills is the greatest investment. If a skilled man gets proper training, he can change a family.

When a family changes, a society changes. If a society changes, a country changes. This is the basis of my economic thinking.

That is why I always say. A country's greatest natural resource is not its land: its people, Economy cannot be developed without developing people, and industries cannot be developed without developing people's skills.

Markets cannot be developed without building public confidence. Economies that understand this fact will last longer. Artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, digital economy will create huge changes in the future world.

Man should not be left behind in those changes. Instead, become an owner of those changes. For that education, skill development, entrepreneurship and access to technology should be equally available to all.

That is a human-centered economy.

My dream is not to have a thousand big companies in one country, but connecting millions of small and medium entrepreneurs to the global market.

My dream is not to grow only a few cities. Each district and each village is included in the development map.

My dream is not just to reduce the number of job seekers, but increasing number of job creators.

My dream is not to create a community of helpers, but creating a community that creates opportunities. This is why every initiative of the SOZHAA GROUP must answer a common question.

"Does it really reinforce the economic progress of humans?" If the answer is "yes," then the effort should continue. If "no", then think again.

In my view, a high state of an economy is not just a world where no one is poor. A world where everyone has the opportunity to express their full potential.

That is a human-centered economy.

That is growth I believe. That is the future I want to create. That is the economic philosophy of SOZHAA GROUP.

What I want to build is not an empire of money, but a world of prosperity created by human talent. There wealth is not concentrated in the hands of a few. Knowledge will spread.

Opportunities will multiply. Entrepreneurship flourishes. Women will advance. Youth will create.

Villages connect with the world. Then, economics is not a language of numbers. The world will understand it as the language of human progress. Towards that day, my journey continues.
