Chapter 18
The core values that guide my life
It is talent that elevates a man, values that sustain him

01
Values over talent
It is skill that takes a man to heights. But it's his values that keep him afloat.
Many of the decisions I have made in my life have not been based on success. Based on values. Because success can change with time.
Circumstances may change. Markets can change. Technology can change.
But a man's basic values should not change. That is his true identity.
02
The first five values
The first value that guides my life is honesty. A mindset to do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Integrity is not just about obeying the law.
This means living by conscience and second, humanity. Before taking a decision, think about the impact it will have on people's lives.
There is no greater profit than human beings: third, responsibility and everyone likes rights. But true leadership is taking responsibility.
For every decision I make, I have to take responsibility: fourth, perseverance. It's not just about trying until you succeed, but getting back up after failure.
That is perseverance: fifth, a constant learning mindset. The moment I think I know everything, growth stops. Every day, to become a new person.
03
Sixth to tenth value
Sixth, humility. Achievements can rise: increase in popularity. But humility should not diminish. Knowledge without humility becomes arrogance. Knowledge with humility becomes wisdom.
Seventh, innovation. What worked yesterday is not guaranteed to work tomorrow. Therefore, do not be afraid of change and welcome new ideas: eighth, faith.
Before I can be the man others believe, I must believe in myself. Even when the future looks bleak, hope shows the way: ninth, cooperation.
A man can win alone. But you cannot change a world. It requires people working together with trust: tenth, sustainable impact.
Will what I do today benefit people ten years from now or a hundred years from now. This question guides my every decision.

Values as living culture
In my view, values are not words written on the wall, but principles applied in life.
Each company of the SOZHAA GROUP should not hold these values as mere declarations. To live in daily activity: an employee, a customer, an investor, a student, a partner, everyone who comes in contact with SOZHAA, must realize these values. Only then, SOZHAA will not only be a successful organization.
Become a reliable company. The greatest investment I ever made in my life was not money. Values. Because money can be lost. Position may change. Popularity may decline. But a life lived with values, never fails.
At the end of my life, what people say about me does not matter. They said, "The values he lived by are still alive." When that happens, it was the greatest achievement of my life.
That is why my journey is guided, not by authority: not wealth and not fame. Values. Those values are the compass of my decisions.
The foundation of my leadership and sign of my life. That is the permanent culture of SOZHAA GROUP.
That is the greatest wealth I will pass on to the next generation.
