Education, Knowledge and Human Resource Development

What is the wealth of a country? There may be many answers to this question. Some say natural resources. Some say technology.

Some say economics. Some call it military might. But in my view, the greatest wealth of a country is none of these: its human resources. The foundation of that human resource is education.

Education is not just a path to a degree. It is the power that creates the way a person sees the world. A good education does not only create employment.

Creates accountability: not just salary hikes. Elevates thinking. It does not just develop a man's talent. It will also develop his character.

This is what I believe in education.

Today the world is changing rapidly. Technology is changing. Industries change. Jobs change. But only one thing should not change, but a learning mindset.

How many social change leaders it has produced. The education I dream of is not an education of rote learning. Education that teaches thinking. Education is not just about giving answers.

This is the future of education.

That is why education should occupy an important place in every effort to develop SOZHAA. It shouldn't just be in the classroom; this must be in technology.

Must be in entrepreneurship and to be in social progress. A must have in every human's daily life. If you want to change a country, you have to change its education.

If you want to change a generation, you have to change its thinking. Education is the power to change that thinking.

In my dream, every child should get quality education. Every young person should have access to world-class skills. Every woman should have access to the knowledge that creates economic independence.

Every entrepreneur should have an environment to continuously learn. Then, a country's human resources become the world's greatest competitive advantage.
