Chapter 11
An Entrepreneur's Mindset
A creator of a new future, not a career

01
Entrepreneurial mindset
There are two types of people in the world. People who accept the existing world and live with it.
Those who decide to change the world. The second type of people are true entrepreneurs. Many people think that entrepreneurship means registering a company.
Think of starting an office. They think selling a product.
In my view, they are only external forms of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is not a company first, but a state of mind. An entrepreneur sees opportunity where others see problem.
He creates a path where others see obstacles. Where others say "cannot", he dares to say "let's try".
That is the first sign of entrepreneurship. In my view, an entrepreneur should not go for money. Value should continue to be created. Where value is created, wealth will automatically be created.
An entrepreneur's real capital is not a bank balance: his thinking, His honesty, His perseverance, and his faith. If these four are present, there will be power to resume.
An entrepreneur should not hate failure. Accept failure as a teacher. Every failure is a new lesson: each obstacle, a new skill and every rejection, a new direction.
Success is a one-day event.
02
Not looking for a job, but creating an opportunity
But the mindset that creates that success must be built every day. The entrepreneur I believe in is not a market follower, but the creator of the future of the market.
He does not just think about his rivals. Thinks about people's needs. He does not just make products. He will also create faith.
He does not just look for clients. Builds long-lasting relationships. In my view, profitability alone does not determine whether a company is successful.
It also determines the number of problems solved. It will also determine the number of lives it has changed. It will also determine the amount of opportunities it creates.
A true entrepreneur does not want to rise only for himself. He wants to uplift many people with him.
That is why, in my dream, entrepreneurship is not an individual achievement, but a social responsibility. If a new business is started in a village, a family will change there.
If a hundred industries are started in a hundred villages, a district will change. If thousands of entrepreneurs emerge, the economy of a state will change. If millions of entrepreneurs emerge, the future of a country will change.
This is why SOZHAA's greatest investment will not be in buildings. It is in people's dreams. What we want to build is not just employees, but leaders.
Entrepreneurs, innovators, problem solvers, and makers of the future.
03
Sustainable entrepreneurship
In my view, the greatest risk for an entrepreneur is not failure, but it's about not dreaming. The greatest loss is not losing money, but losing faith. The greatest success is not building a great company.
Even after you are gone, the value you created lives on. That is sustainable entrepreneurship. Therefore, before starting a business, ask yourself a question. "What problem am I going to be the solution to?" If the answer to that question is clear, then your journey is in the right direction. Because an entrepreneur is not a market seeker.
It is a new market creator. An entrepreneur is not a job seeker, but a job creator. An entrepreneur is not only concerned with profit. A long-term value creator.
04
Entrepreneurs who create SOZHAA
That is why one of my greatest dreams in life is not to build a thousand companies, but creating thousands of entrepreneurs. They must create new opportunities in their cities, in their villages, in their states, in their countries. Only then, a company's success becomes a community's success.
That, I believe, is entrepreneurship. That is the mindset of entrepreneurs that SOZHAA wants to create.
That is my call to future generations. "Don't look for jobs. Create opportunities. Don't just create companies. Create the future."
