Founder's Statement

This is not a company statement. This is not an advertising slogan. It is also not a document written for a period of time.

It is the dream of a man, the responsibility of a generation, the vision of a century, a permanent declaration for the progress of humanity.

This is the SOZHAA Founder's Statement. Why was SOZHAA formed? Not to create a new entity, but not to add another business name to an already existing world. Wealth is not meant to be concentrated in the hands of a few.

Not to gain power. SOZHAA was formed to bring out the latent potential within human beings. To create opportunities; the aim is to promote women as economic leaders.

To transform the youth into job creators and not job seekers. To make technology not an enemy of man but a force of human progress. To make education not a path to a degree but a lifelong journey of liberation.

This is our beginning.

Man must be at the center of our every thought: his dignity, His freedom, and his skill. His dream: his family and his future. Profit is essential.

Growth is essential. Technology is essential. But all of them should be for the upliftment of man. Any development that goes beyond man is not progress for us.

Any technology that supersedes humans is not new to us. Any economy that increases injustice among people is not a success for us.

Therefore, our first commitment: Never see man as a mere number. Behind every number is a life. Behind every piece of data is a human story.

To know if a society is progressing, look at the status of women in that society. Do women have education; this is there economic freedom and is there decision-making authority?

It is there an opportunity to start a business and is there a leadership position. It is the answer to these questions that will measure the true development of a country.

Therefore, women's advancement is not a program of SOZHAA's. That is our central revolution: one million women entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu and ten million women entrepreneurs in india.

Since then, millions of women around the world have had to create their own economic identity. Women do not need pity. Equal opportunity is required: no permission required.

That is our commitment.

Technology is a powerful force. But without a guiding principle for that power, it can simultaneously produce human progress and destruction.

Therefore, the first rule of technology that SOZHAA creates: respect the human. His privacy should be protected. His freedom should be expanded.
