Principles of my life

Every human being has a life. But not everyone has those principles that guide their lives.

Circumstances may change. Opportunities may change. Successes and failures may change. But a man's principles should not change. Because success without principles does not last.

Authority without values cannot last. Progress without humanity is meaningless. Therefore, in this chapter I am recording some basic principles that guide my life.

These are not commands. These are the career paths I have chosen.

The first principle is to try to know the truth. Ask questions. Explore and understand. Do not accept without understanding.

The second principle is never to sell honesty. Don't lose long-term hope for short-term gain. Trust is the greatest capital of any company.

The third principle is that only if you respect people, people will respect you: a man not by his rank. Learn to respect him for his humanity.

Fourth principle: Don't try to avoid failure. Don't fail to learn from it. Every failure is an opportunity to make you stronger.

Principle Five Don't be afraid to dream big. Small goals create small lives. Big dreams create big responsibilities.

The sixth principle is to keep learning. Today's knowledge will not be enough for tomorrow's world. Where learning stops, growth stops.

Seventh Principle Develop technology: but do not forget humanity. Every invention should improve human life.

Eighth Principle Don't create opportunities just for yourself. Create for others. A successful person does not rise alone, but he raised many.

Ninth Principle If you respect time, life will respect you. Time is not wasted, but only we waste it.

Tenth Principle Before making any decision, ask a question. "Does this benefit humans?" If the answer is "yes", move on. If "no", think again. This one question is the compass of my life.

In my belief, a good life is not a life of fame, but living responsibly. A big company is not about big buildings, but has great values.

A leader's true success is not in how big his name is. It's about whether his ideals live on long after he's gone.

What I want is not to have my name remembered. These principles are meant to be lived.

SOZHAA GROUP may someday employ thousands of people. There may be millions of customers. May have offices in many countries around the world. But without these policies, that growth would be meaningless.

With these principles in place, even small victories mean something. At the end of my life, do not let the world ask me how much I had.

How did I live? What values are stored? How many people's lives have I had a positive impact on? The answer to these questions is the true assessment of my life.

That is why I choose faith over riches. I choose responsibility over power. I choose humanity over fame.

I choose cooperation over competition. I choose long-term impact over short-term success.

These are the principles of my life. This is the basis of my conclusions. This is the heart of SOZHAA GROUP's permanent culture.

This is the determination I want to keep throughout my life.
